Using this website

Concordia Resolution is a shared trading brand used by two separate companies: CMC Asia Pacific Pty Limited (ABN 43 608 247 669) in Australia and Commercial Management Consulting Limited in New Zealand. This website provides information about their advisory services, training and published articles. These terms apply to use of the website. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Which company you engage

Your proposal or engagement terms will identify the company you contract with. The two companies are not a single legal entity. Sharing the Concordia Resolution name does not, by itself, make one company a party to the other’s engagement or responsible for the other’s acts or omissions.

Where work is shared, the company appointed by the client remains the contracting party and may engage the other company as a subconsultant. Responsibility for the work is governed by the engagement terms and applicable law, not by the shared brand.

Information, not project advice

Articles and other material on this site are general information. Construction contracts and projects differ, and the position may turn on the particular contract, amendments, facts and applicable law. Do not treat website material as advice on your own project without discussing the circumstances with a suitably qualified adviser.

We take care in preparing the site, but material can become out of date or contain errors. We may change or remove it without notice.

Enquiries and courses

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a course place or oblige either party to proceed. Advisory work and training are agreed separately, including scope, timing and fees. These website terms do not replace a client engagement agreement or any applicable course-booking terms.

Please keep an initial enquiry brief. Do not send confidential project documents or sensitive personal information until we have agreed how to handle them.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access areas or data without permission, or submit malicious material. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the site or other users.

Links to other sites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference. Those sites are controlled by others. Check their own terms and privacy notices before using them.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on its general content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website changes. The published version will show its latest review date. For a question about the website, contact Australia or New Zealand.
