AS 2124 – In Practice is for teams delivering projects under AS 2124. It covers the contract requirements your team needs to manage during the work, from communications and notices to changes, delays and payment.
The course looks at notices, delays, latent conditions, variations and payment, alongside the Superintendent’s role. It examines the decisions and records needed during delivery, and how amendments and special conditions affect the way your team manages the contract.
