Course overview
AS 4000 – In Practice is for teams delivering projects under AS 4000. It covers the contract requirements your team needs to manage during the work, from communications and notices to changes, delays and payment.
The course looks at the responsibilities of the project team and the day-to-day management of notices, progress, extensions of time, variations and payment. It examines how to prepare and assess submissions, keep the records needed to support decisions, and work with amendments and special conditions.
Participants work through project examples involving instructions, progress and payment. They discuss how they would prepare or assess a submission and explain their decision.
