Course overview
NEC4 ECC – Programme Management is part of Concordia’s Beyond the Clauses training series. It is for planners and project controls teams working under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. It focuses on successful project delivery and what your planning team has to do, rather than working through the clauses one by one.
The course looks at preparing programmes for acceptance, keeping them up to date and using them to manage the work. It examines how programme information supports early warning and compensation event assessment, including the treatment of float and time risk allowances.
Participants work through programme examples and project scenarios. They discuss what needs to be submitted, how to respond to non-acceptance and how to use programme information when assessing change.

Course delivery
